Very limited and unstable functionality

I honestly dont know why they spend money on this app. Check in via the app is a nightmare. I usually always end up checking in via the website. Then you can never get a boarding pass, and even if thru a miracle you get one, you STILL have to go to the counter at Changi.

How can such a good airline be so technologically limited is beyond me and very frustrating.
