New App still does not work
Checking in for a flight should be the easiest thing that an App does, right? Not when it comes to SQ. This really is the most tech-challenged airline on earth.
Something about SQ. The have one of the best in-flight crew in the world. They fly out of the worlds best airport but when it comes to the very modern idea of being Internet accessible they are severely challenged. Their website was comical. Then they relaunched it only to have a disaster on their hands. Now they relaunch their App and the only message you can get from it is "Please check your Internet connection"
You wonder if a company that cant build an App or run a website should be allowed to put aircraft into the skies.
