Cannot do check in, trips not retrieved, "time-out" every 30 seconds...,
A new update has been installed, but I dont know if the issue bellow has been solved or not. Ill keep until I can check it out. Meanwhile I increase stars to 4 from 2. During my return trip from Surabaya to Paris sept 10 2015, I wasnt able to checkin from the app with message that it cannot be done because the coming flight is with a partner company. It is true and it was "SilkAir", SQ sister company. Fortunatey I was able to do my checkin via Singapore Airline website. Which for me also means a bug of the app. And there was no possibility to get an e-boarding card. It was a round trip Paris/Surabaya. I had no problem for the trip from Paris to Surabaya. Thank you
Very intuitive and easy to use. Also completely integrated and optimized. What shoud we expect from one of the best airlines in the world anyway
Everythings good on SQ
I did not try to book a flight or log-in yet, but the App works so far and - most important - doesnt crash anymore! BUT: the flight tracking function is not working properly! ("The server does not respond, please try later"). On the website everything works perfectly. Please fix this bug! Anyway, Thanks for the new version!

Seems to be a pretty decent app. However, I am missing the option to transfer boarding cards to Passbook.
Doesnt work at all on iphone 5. No connection to server possible. No check-in possible. No moblie ticket. Guys check Lufthanse. They show you how to do it correctly.
For what will I need this app, I can see what flight I have booked, but it is simply not working to make seat-reservations.

Anyway, the app from SQ was never so good how you should expect it from a premium carrier like SQ! I dont understand, why SQ is not investing a little bit more money in a good app!! However, the last update was really incredible bad... - a lot of failure in the app - not always loading the profile anymore - not possible to look on the existing award flights if you have not enough miles Etc.... SQ, you should be here more customer friendly!!
