Boarding pass and passbook not working. Every opening requires new pwd. A very bad app.

Wow... I didnt expect to say this, but this app actually works. Quite well ! At least the first time I tried. Unfortunately, my expectations are that low ! Singapore Airlines has the best inflight service and product, but the app and website have always SUCKED. Big time. Slow. Full of error messages. Unintuitive, especially the website. Hopefully, this updated app represents the start of a new commitment to creating a superior online experience for SQ customers ! :)
What a great you upgrade from the last experience!! Now just add in QR code boarding passes for the perfect experience Well done SQ!!
Overall a good upgrade but seem s like adding flight to calendar is gone now which I love very much.
The app cannot find my booking and I cannot check in. The website works but not this mobile app... Very disappointing...
Not able to find trips, loads very slow. It was worse than previous versions.
I honestly dont know why they spend money on this app. Check in via the app is a nightmare. I usually always end up checking in via the website. Then you can never get a boarding pass, and even if thru a miracle you get one, you STILL have to go to the counter at Changi. How can such a good airline be so technologically limited is beyond me and very frustrating.
Huge improvement over the previous version. Amazingly beautiful and easy to navigate. Not sure why the previous two reviews were bad as this app is really useful for me. Good job to the development team! -WeC
For what I pay for their tickets they couldve spent a little more to pay for a better app. Tried registering a new account - errors with the form entries including having to scroll up and down to choose gender, not being able to see options for the last field on the bottom (city) and then final kick in the pants http error when submitting. So lots of frustration no end result.
Does not allow you to change currency. It shows everything is Singapore dollars. Does not permit multi city trip searches. Whats the point of having a phone app if I still have to use a computer to access important features? Expected more from Singapore Airlines.
Compared to the previous versions, the whole new design is so much user friendly and very convenient. I would definitely prefer to use Mobile app here on wards. Hope there are more updates and new features. Looking forward to them. Good work.
Checking in for a flight should be the easiest thing that an App does, right? Not when it comes to SQ. This really is the most tech-challenged airline on earth. Something about SQ. The have one of the best in-flight crew in the world. They fly out of the worlds best airport but when it comes to the very modern idea of being Internet accessible they are severely challenged. Their website was comical. Then they relaunched it only to have a disaster on their hands. Now they relaunch their App and the only message you can get from it is "Please check your Internet connection" You wonder if a company that cant build an App or run a website should be allowed to put aircraft into the skies.
The interface is beautiful and it is functional
I tried to check in via te app and all I got was a message saying WARNING! What they really meant was WARNING: THIS APP DOES NOT WORK. PLEASE USE THE WEBSITE :)
I cant pull up any of my trips or checkin manually either. Getting random errors, some server issues, some with no info. Sorry SQ, as much as I love flying your airline, your app is simply horrible.
Glad to see the improvements made to the app over time. App works faster than the previous version. However, I still face a problem whereby a cancelled trip is sometimes reflected on the app. I will need to sign out and sign in again to get the app to reflect my correct trips.
Great airlines throughout, even to its app !
