I always choose SIA when I fly to Asia and whenever I can. The service is outstanding. However when I checked in at San Francisco at the beginning of my trip the attendant asked for the credit card which I used to pay for the trip. I explained that I did not have that card because it was compromised several months back and I had to cancel it. I was kept waiting at the counter for 20 minutes while she checked with different people. Finally I had to sign a form . As a Kris member and fly business class I have never ever had to experience this. Very disappointed.
